An itemised invoice will be produced at the conclusion of investigation and/or treatment and can be sent out at requested. All individual clients will be expected to pay at the time of services, unless a valid insurance policy is in place. Business accounts are only available by prior arrangement with an Abbey Equine Ltd company director. All accounts must be settled within 14 days of invoice date.

As we are now practicing on a payment at the time basis, all vets carry portable card machines (Zettle’s) so payments can be taken remotely at the appointment.
