Abbey Equine Clinic is located just outside the idyllic town of Abergavenny “The Gateway to Wales”. We are ideally located to provide high-quality veterinary cover across the valleys and Monmouthshire.
We provide 24hr 365 day personalised service for both home visits and at our state of the art, purpose built clinic. All our vets are experienced equine only clinicians, we are a small permanent team dedicated to providing the best care for your horse/pony/donkey.

Abbey Equine Clinic have organised, with the support of pharmaceutical companies a package to help support local ridings schools in these difficult times due to the COVID pandemic.
Each county council registered riding school will receive a voucher which entitles them to a free visit, three free influenza and tetanus vaccinations and three Ivermectin wormers to be used in February or March this year. As part of the local equine community the staff at Abbey Equine Clinic wanted to do something practical to help their riding school owning clients.
This was only possible with the generous support of Boehringer Ingelheim, VetPlus and Chanell Pharma.
